Its a guy thing

Levi wanted a tour of the entire workshop. He loves his grandpa's tools.

They were a big help too, cause there was no way I was hopping up there to hold a sheet of plywood.....

Men are cooking

Well, its no surprise that Kearby is a renowned chef! But I bet you didn't know that my husband is the king of bacon...........(and grilled paninis)

Wii.............

Perfect family entertainment. Are these guys into it, or what?

Make shift Menorah............

Well, I couldn't find a box of Hanukkah candles in my tiny coastal town....................so....I made a make-shift menorah. It worked.....The miracle of the holiday. The oil stayed lit for 8 days and 8 nights, and I made my own menorah!

Sniffing around....

She is just like a little kid.......I turned my back and she was "nosing" around the fireplace........
Not the same as having the grandkids opening their stuff, but a close second.....

Faja's Christmas

This was the prize at the end of her "unwrapping".....

Look at McKenzie Go..........

Kenzie has taken to snowboarding like a fish to water......

What a wonderful life these kids have.......

Oregon was the perfect place for Stacie and Kearby to move to. And we are so GLAD they did.....cause we were quick to follow!

Kenzie dances too

No matter how hard I tried, I could not flip this picture. I grabbed it from Stacie's blog!

Shields in snow..............

Ashleys Kids......Growing so fast!

Jaiden lost his first tooth, and as quite proud. The tooth fairy gave him $1.00.

Paige is in her costume for her dance class. She loves to dance.

Prestyn is huge. We haven't even met him yet. Perhaps in the spring......

Winter Wonderland........................

Rare, but it does happen..........
Snow on the coast...

Stormy Ses

The white-capped surf is beautiful to watch. There were no fishing boats out today. And its getting cold.

Full Moon

I was leaning back in the recliner and there was that moon, shining through my skylight!

Getting Ready for the Cold Snap

After a somewhat windy day, a couple of roof tiles blew off. Kurt fixed them, of course.

He also built the cover for the vegetable garden.

Peek-A-Boo

Kurt was on the roof getting rid of the pine needles before the big storm hits. I was in the sewing room and he was waving "hi" to me through the skylight!

First Mow

We went down to the rental yard and rented a lawn mower. Kurt hasn't mowed in over 20 years.

Doesn't it look wonderful! Faja is the happiest and I am right behind her. The wind is flowing fierely and not nearly s much dust is coming in he house......YIPEEEEEEE

Crabbing Boats

I wasn't sure whether the lights would show up, but they did......So far crabbing season is doing well....!!! Thank goodness, so many of these fishermen lose heir lives every year.

My BooBoo

Well, there were SOME of you, and you know who you are that wanted to see me walking with my walker........well, here it is.....
