The Best Looking Soccer Player.....

Unfortunately, there are no videos of Levi playing soccer. Kenzie and I had to stay the car for 25 minutes waiting for a parking place. Even the spaces on the gravel and grass were gone. (By the way, the police were giving tickets out repeatedly.)

Then we had to go and get snacks because Levi said he was POSITIVE it was snack day........Hence, we were a little late for parking.......

He knows how to get snacks out of his Grammy....:)

Connie Hansen Gardens

The people that maintain this garden were having a sale today. These pictures don't do it justice. Marliese, we can't wait for you to come and visit again so we can take you here.

We bought several shrubs, and grasses for our yard. Exceptional prices. They just stick those azalias anywhere.......

We Planted Today.....

The shrub behind the grass will get huge. Possibly 6ft tall and just as wide......We'll see!

















This one also will grow huge. I believe it is going to get beautiful berries on it. The birds will LOVE this shrub.














We ran out of dirt, so the big tree will not be planted until tomorrow.....

He Made It.....17 hours later

Everybody wanted the jet skis here in Oregon.....Hope they get used before the rust up!














Catch that golf cart in the corner? Kurt REALLY wanted that to come to Oregon also. I know all the grandkids will be happy its here.


The rest is Marc's "stuff"..... He will soon be here to enjoy everything.






Within 24 hours, Kurt had the garage totally organized. Pictures will follow.....:-)

Spring Break..........

Kenzie and Kylie came and spent some time with us for their spring break....

AND, finally celebrated her birthday.....better late than never!

Siletz River.........

The sun was finally shining, and we decided to take a ride and check out the river....



















The waterfall was amazing.....


















There are all sorts of ranches here. Cattle, Goat, and horse...
Beautiful country.....













My physical therapist lives up here, and he told me about a beautiful place called the valley of the giants. Its approximately another 20 miles up the river and then a 1.5 mile hike. They say its awesome. In September, Gene says that you can see the fish spawn.

Belated Birthday..........

So, everyone who knows Marla, knows that she isn't the bestest in the kitchen.....BUT....she certainly knows how to make her mom's "sock it to me cake"...






Except, it wouldn't come out of the pan. It was delicious and we all enjoyed it.....Cass helped blow out the candles....
