Welcome Lacee.........................

This is our Lacee Jordan. She is Marc's girlfriend and a very welcome addition to our family!
Smart, pretty, and outgoing personality. Can't wait for you all to meet her! I have known her since moving to Oregon. She is my hair stylist!!! I loved her from the first time I met her.

Dungenous Crabs.......................

Was not their lucky day!

It doesn't get fresher than these. Caught the same day.

They are some work tho......check out the pictures below!

Crab Meat........

CRAB...............................

Look at the size of this bad boy!

Its the start of crab season here. They are especially HUGE. Lacee has a friend who owns her own fleet of boats. This girl brought the crabs ALIVE to Marc's shop.

They took the crab over to a place that cooks them for you for five bucks.

Marc was the hardest worker, although Lacee and I cracked plenty.
I drew a blister from using these huge shears.

New Storefront..........

Marc moved his shop to the main street of the village. It gets more walk-in traffic and its larger. Look in the lower right hand corner, and that is my Carmel Knoll Foods corner. Its my new product that I am selling at the Farmer's Market.

This picture is taken from the "office" part of the store. Its the loft.

This is the retail area. He obtained all of the fixtures for free. Saved him tons of cash.

More samples..............

Actual working space. Embroidery machine fits perfectly under the steps. The vinyl cutter has a perfect location.

Good luck XTREME EMBROIDERY!

White House..............

See the small trees behind the train village? There was a tree from each state that was decorated by a local artist from the state. I had a great picture of Oregon's, but that is gone. :(
I wasn't too thrilled with the ornaments. I have been searching the web, but I can't find a picture yet. I am still looking tho......................

We were here........................

These were pictures that I DID take with my camera. This one was during the day tho. Its the people's house, but it is far far away. When we were there, Bob found a great parking space and we walked to where these pictures were taken.

You just get this rush of how proud you are to be an American. Well, at least Kurt and I did.

Time is Flying.................

I possibly might have passed my Granddaughter by in the street. She has changed so much. She is beautiful, smart and sassy. Carter is amazing, I hear. Top of his classes, playing every sport, and excelling at everything. Now, I just wish they would CALL ME sometime. I know you are thinking, "well Grammy, you could call us". BUT I don't know your schedules, and you two are so busy! So lets Skype sometime! Or just a plain old fashioned phone call.............

Santa Came Early............

We had a great time watching the kids opening up their presents. Paige kept saying "I can't wait".......She is so darn cute. Jaiden hasn't changed one bit, and Jared it too big. Prestyn is adorable, and looks like he should be in Corey's family.

Prestyn's garbage truck chanted "To the Dump...To the Dump.....To the dump dump dump."

Presents are much easier when kids are young.

Playtime with our Grandkids.........

This is a great playground toy. Even the dog goes down the slide~

Thats Jaiden swinging so high.

More Arizona Photos.......

Scene from Bob Evans Restaurant.....

I love to see fresh snow falling from the gray skies. I was the ONLY one who was happy to see the snow.

The sightseeing happened the first two days, and the snow happened on the third. We couldn't have asked for better timing.

I might add, the temperature never rose above 30 degrees......

Can u say brrrrrrrrrrr?

These photos were shot from my phone. My camera was lost/stolen from our backpack. I am getting a photo disk from Jenna's mother.

Stay tuned~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Family Fun..................

A perfect rosette!

You will notice that there are not many pictures of Levi. He is holed up in the bedroom playing video games. He does surface for food, though.

Look at how long Stacie's hair has grown. Looks good, Stace.

Kylie..................

I'm just sayin........So proud of you Kylie. You are doing an amazing job in school, staying on task, and considering all your options for your future. Stay on track, honey and you can have everything that life has to offer!

The Best Part..................

Boy, can Kenzie operate a whipped cream can.... Chocolate and pumpkin pies for dessert.

Great Looking Group ..............

Doesn't everyone look wonderful! Plates piled high.

We had a wonderful day. Usually, we go to McMinnville for Thanksgiving, so this year was a treat that the kids came over here.

Yummmmmmmmmmmmm............

I was fully prepared to serve a real sit down dinner, BUT......what for. Family style....that's the best.

I was pleased that everyone looked like they enjoyed the dinner.

Wish one time, the WHOLE family could come up here for Thanksgiving dinner. That would be fun!

Hanging Out............

I'm sure there was a football game on the screen......

Snow Flakes...............

Newport closed all the schools, and there were numerous texts from the Police Department, the news reporters, and friends.

Thee was just a "dusting" of the wet stuff, but boy was it COLD.....

This picture is very early in the morning and you are looking at the full moon.

Abby looks like an "alien" dog...

My BooBoo..........................

This happened two days before Halloween. We were to dress in costume for the Farmers Market. I should have gone as the bearded lady. EVERY child just stared at me. Some of the adults, thought it was make-up. Most people were afraid to ask me what happened. Well, I FELL. I had just hung up the phone with Kurt who was angry, I was talking to a friend on my cell phone. I walked onto the porch to "cool off" and noticed that the wind storm knocked over my "glass flower". I stepped over the footstool to pick it up, turned around, and got tripped up by the footstool and Abby. My chin took the entire hit of this "fluffy" body of mine on the iron armrest of the patio chair. The right knee hit and there are several strawberry marks there. I was lucky that I didn't break my jaw.

But, I did get tons of sympathy!

Finished.............

This is the new vinyl cutter. It is amazing what Marc can do with machine ALREADY.

This is a great addition to the shop.

Taaaaaa Daaaaaa.........Everything is in its place (almost). Ya know, it takes a while for you to know where you want what, but he seems to have a good handle on everything.

There is a huge space above his head that opens up into the store behind him.

There is a young teenager who sometimes "sleeps" in the unit next door.

He spends his time knocking on the wall when Marc starts working early.

Same lady gave him his mannequin whose name is Gracie.

Work in Progress.....

The clothing stands, Marc got for free. There is a business in Depot Bay that is doing under and she gave EVERYTHING to him for free. She said she got it for nothing, and didn't feel right to charge anybody.

Moving in the BIG BAD BOY.......I think she
is crying for me.......It will be weird to go to the shop to make something.

All this wood was for free. It was shelves in her place. There was tons of hangars, slat wall hooks, stickers for a pricing machine.

AND, there is more to come at the end of the month. I am sure Marc will share the wealth with all the other store owners at the Village.

Moving in..............

Doesn't need much wording. Sort of speaks for itself.

Good thing that Kurt is such an amazing carpenter. As usual, everything fit like it was custom made! Oh Wait......It was custom made!

I did sacrifice the shelves out of my sewing room to save initial start-up. I do need a little credit here.

Puzzle Pieces

This picture is of the units where Xtreme Emb- roidery is the corner one. You can see the Jeep parked in the first space.

That small building is the Post Office.

Same picture, I am just further up the street. Use the whale as a guide.

See the whale? This is sort of the main street of the Aquarium Village. See the white car on the right side of the street. That is where Carmen's bakery is located. So close to those amazing cookies.

This building is the next set of units. Around the corner of these is a restaurant, and another shop.
