Finished.............

This is the new vinyl cutter. It is amazing what Marc can do with machine ALREADY.

This is a great addition to the shop.

Taaaaaa Daaaaaa.........Everything is in its place (almost). Ya know, it takes a while for you to know where you want what, but he seems to have a good handle on everything.

There is a huge space above his head that opens up into the store behind him.

There is a young teenager who sometimes "sleeps" in the unit next door.

He spends his time knocking on the wall when Marc starts working early.

Same lady gave him his mannequin whose name is Gracie.

Work in Progress.....

The clothing stands, Marc got for free. There is a business in Depot Bay that is doing under and she gave EVERYTHING to him for free. She said she got it for nothing, and didn't feel right to charge anybody.

Moving in the BIG BAD BOY.......I think she
is crying for me.......It will be weird to go to the shop to make something.

All this wood was for free. It was shelves in her place. There was tons of hangars, slat wall hooks, stickers for a pricing machine.

AND, there is more to come at the end of the month. I am sure Marc will share the wealth with all the other store owners at the Village.

Moving in..............

Doesn't need much wording. Sort of speaks for itself.

Good thing that Kurt is such an amazing carpenter. As usual, everything fit like it was custom made! Oh Wait......It was custom made!

I did sacrifice the shelves out of my sewing room to save initial start-up. I do need a little credit here.

Puzzle Pieces

This picture is of the units where Xtreme Emb- roidery is the corner one. You can see the Jeep parked in the first space.

That small building is the Post Office.

Same picture, I am just further up the street. Use the whale as a guide.

See the whale? This is sort of the main street of the Aquarium Village. See the white car on the right side of the street. That is where Carmen's bakery is located. So close to those amazing cookies.

This building is the next set of units. Around the corner of these is a restaurant, and another shop.

Carmen.......

This is my bestest Oregon buddy, Carmen. Its her kitchen. Her business is called Bojomamas. Her specialty is toffee. She also bakes cupcakes, cookies, and sweet breads. Her booth is next to ours at the Farmers Market, and she keeps us stuffed with sweets. Her products will also be in the co-op!

Aquarium Village...........

Doesn't this look Cute......Its one side of the Aquarium Village.

Its a tourist location. Visitors come from the Aquarium and Science Center.

There is a BBQ restaurant, bakery, glass blowers, "marketplace" (that has oodles of junk) and antique stuff. My friends bakery, knit shop, Tiffany glass place, knives and more.

This store front is going to be the
newest gift boutique in Newport.
Its called Just Us Girls, and a guy!

Five of us are ironing out the details to
open a shop here and rent space to others
to help with the rent.

This is the side view of Marc's Xtreme Embroidery store that opens to the boutique. He is going to sell clothes in there, and he is going to embroider, heat press, and vinyl cut in his own shop. Its going to be a step-up for us
to have our own store front, not to mention
much more professional.

He has already met with one new customer at the shop. He is busy painting to get it ready.

Furniture and equipment is moving in this Sunday. Pictures will follow.

This is the front of the shop. I think he is looking to "trade out" the front door.

We are extremely excited for this opportunity. It has only been two years and we have moved to our own location!
